Help with Shopbot Torch Height Controller! Does anyone have an old one or picture?

I'm trying to put torch height control on my bot. The old one is no longer obtainable and aftermarket ones need to use two shopbot input pins for up and down.

The original shopbot THC only used one input pin for up and down...

Does anyone have a clear picture of one or an old broken one?
