New computer

Hi all , I have a PRs 4x8 STANDARD 2008 vintage SB . I installed a new computer . Had all the files transferred from the old one from Best Buy . It won’t connect to the control box. Anyone have any wisdom.

When you say "files transferred", was SB3 actually installed as well as the USB drivers at the end of the installation? USB cable should be unplugged during install and then plugged in for Windows to setup the USB drivers.
