Vectric Aspire 3D model imports

Hi, I have been having some problems with importing 3rd party models into Aspire. I have a 3D 2 sided model that I am trying to import. When I do the model always looks flat and not rounded. Ay ideas on what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

What type of file are you trying to import? Where did you get it?

Hi, I have both .STL and obj. Files. I purchased them from CG trader. Thanks.

Did you adjust the Z height of the model, and adjust the model plane?

I had to change the orientation, plane and scale the overall size.
