5HP Colombo Spindle setup for 220V 30Amp Single Phase
Delta Variable Frequency Drive already wired and connected to the Spindle
Z zeroing plate
X and Y prox switches
E-Stop button and wiring
Shopbot Controller (All 5 drivers are in working condition Indexer could be added)
Serial Cable to connect PC to ShopBot Controller
Hard Stops at both ends
New Springs on Z axis to assure no down drift when powered down
2 Modifications
Added 2" thick Bowling Alley Lane with threaded Inserts fasten mdf spoil board
Added 3" x 3" x 24" long (80/20 aluminum) risers to Y axis gain Z height back.
Removed original threaded feet and added vibration pads to help dampen any vibration
Collets (left to right - all used)
1/16" ER25 1 collet
1/4" ER25 1 collet
5/16" ER25 1 collet
3/8" ER25 3 collets
1/2" ER25 2 collets
5/8" ER25 1 collet
Additional Items
3 new pinions ( 2 for X and 1 for Y axis )
2 Vexta A6497-9412KTG for either the x or y axis
1 additional Shopbot Controller (All 5 drivers are in working condition Indexer could be added)
All in good working condition - Well Maintained
