Does anyone know if ShopBot sells or provides the design or parts for making fixtures with the sliding wedges? I am trying to figure out how to build a couple to hold parts

Thanks.

This is what I use for small parts work. 1" piece of MDO, T-tracks from Rockler. T-tracks are sunk about 3/16" below surface of board so I can cut thru the material. I replace this board about every 5 years. Some simple home made pieces of oak for holding material down. The MDO is held to the CNC table using the vacuum hold down. Makes everything very flat for cutting, carving.

I have two of the boards that can be placed end to end on the CNC table to enable me to cut long parts 8' by about 3' wide.

There are many ways to build clamps. This is a very important part of CNC woodworking. I would like to see a section on this forum devoted to clamping work.

I like that Scott!! I might make some and adapt them to my track system.
