Computer upgrade

Just wondering if my 2006 PRS Alpha would run ok on a new windows computer.

My 2009 PRS Alpha runs on a Windows 7 Pro computer just fine. I don't know about the latest version of Windows. The important thing is to NOT connect your CNC control computer to any network that could start pushing updates at you. Once you're up and running, you will be fine without OS updates. I haven't updated my control computer since I purchased it about 6 years ago.

My 2009 PRS Alpha is running on: DELL Optiplex 3020 SFF Desktop PC - Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz 8GB 500GB DVDRW Windows 10 Professional (Renewed) from Amazon.And I run it with network access on but all automatic upgrades/pushes turned off.
