The Bora 3.25HP Variable Speed Router Motor PM-6200 is a direct fit for the discontinued Porter Cable 3.25 hp. Just got mine today and it has exactly the same form factor. The speed control is continuously variable. Hopefully they are durable. The good news is that it accepts ER20 collets.

The head seems a bit bulky... where did you found out that this would fit ?
