I am having trouble getting the dog bone fillet to work consistently on my pocket boundary conditions. I suspect this is because some lines that are essentially straight are considered arcs by the program. Is there a quick workflow to fix this.

Here (https://www.dropbox.com/s/jj11ltxv71fu8qf/For%20Troubleshooting%201.crv?dl=0) is a link to my vcarve file.

I have also attached an image showing the basic situation. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You may get an answer to your question here but I think it would be a good idea to post on the Vectric forum. It is much more active than the Shopbot forum. There are a fair number of informed VCarve users that should be able to help.

I'm not sure what the "rules" are for dog-bones with the various line types, specifically arcs and beziers, but if you do a "curve fit" using straight lines and 0.004" tolerance, then you can perform a dog-bone on it. Just as a test, it appears that you can't dog-bone or t-bone an arc or bezier alone (joined to themselves or each other) or when joined to a line. You can however do a normal fillet.
