The latest version of vCarvePro is also available with this (we just upgraded to the newest version). Cutting area is 4'x8' (48"x96"). The machine is in great condition having been used (lightly) in our school makerspace, mostly for theater. We are redoing our entire curriculum+setup and this awesome machine needs a new home. Local pickup in Houston preferred. Payment will be made to the Emery/Weiner School directly and must clear before pickup is allowed. This ShopBot Standard 4x8 was about $25k (plus another $5k in shipping) when our school got it about 6 years ago and it is still in great condition. I would guess it only has about 200-300 hours on it. It has an 8" z-axis (height) and easily cuts 4'x8' sheets of anything. We mostly do lauan and 3/4 plywood...but also styrofoam and even aluminum plate. Power is 120V. The guys at ShopBot said that they think I should be able to get about $15,000 for it but ALL REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED. I really don't want to deal with shipping so hope to find someone local. Comes with some bits, training (if local), and software.
