Would appreciate a reference to troubleshooting the above. Stuttering only occurs after extension during toolbar calibration or during a machine run. It does not occur with ALT7 extension, can leave the bar extended all day. The machine is a 3 year old MaxATC. Troubleshooting already done listed below.
Toolbar works OK extending/withdraws OK with ALT7. Input 100 PSI. If commanded to perform tool change during a run, the toolbar will stutter while extended (SB3.8.x). Toolbar will extend and after about 10 seconds begin to stutter if a toolbar calibration is attempted. It does not stutter if left extended with ALT7 command. I reset computer (win10Pro) and repeated clean install (upgraded to SB3-9-20). Install and setup went fine, but toolbar calibration still fails due to stuttering after extended. Do not hear repetitive solenoid clicks during this, but the stuttering is pretty noisy. Checked for leaks and integrity of pneumatic cylinders and they seem OK, no loose parts. Looked at the board, do not see any unusual flashing lights, but not sure what to look for. Still does not stutter with Alt7 command.
Do not see any loose wires, do not have a procedure to check wires or relays. Advice? Thanks
