At Camp Canada I won a remote pendant. I wired it up correctly but do you think I could get it to work. No way!

I emailed support at ShopBot, late last night, with no phone number, just my email address, I knew I would be out in the shop and would not hear the telephone, well son of a gun, at coffee the phone rings and it is Frank asking how he can help. Thanks for the great service.

Dumb me, I had my z-zero plate touching ground and the number '1' input was lit. Hence the remote pendant would not work. Thanks again for the quick response and the solution to my problem.
