Hi everyone,
We just bought a used PRT Standard with 4G upgrade. Got it set up and wired up today. Seems to work great. We're using CabinetParts trial version and we're getting a little chunk of material left over right at the start of the initial cut for each part in the test cabinet. We're not using the bits that we'll be using in production mode (still waiting for shipment to arrive) but we stuck a 1/2" straight cut bit into the PC router and used 3 passes to get through the 5/8" melamine. Except for the small chunk of material left over, everything looks great.
I'm hoping that some of you may have some insight into why this is happening.
