After an hour and a half of straight use, this message pops up all of a sudden and stops the machine. "Driver/Motor Fault Location". I have to reset the box then resume, the location is off a 1/16" of an inch but resumes. It ended up coming up about 2 more times. On the keyboard the input 4 is flashing.

Any Ideas?

I called SB and one of the reps had mentioned it could be due to my prox wires running along with my motor cables or noise in the power & possible not grounded dust collector. I don't know if it's the prox wires as this all of a sudden happened but I did check the 6" hose as it goes into the dust collector and it was clogged up with very little going thru. It's grounded, but can this cause the problem?

Make sure the table, the X and the Y gantries are grounded. You can do a search on the forum concerning grounding, it's been discussed before.
