Indexer Problems

The indexer will not run and cut at the same time. I think it is an error in the data-entry, What should I do?

Christian; although there are a few regular readers of the forum who have and use an indexer regularly, most do not. I expect one or two will chime in with ideas on Monday, but you may be better off calling SB support then. In the interim, it would be helpful if you supplied more details. Is this a new indexer for you? Or is this a sudden new problem where before you had none? Are you using a file created by someone else or did you write it? How was it created and what program created the code? Can you send the code to SB? Things like that will go a long way towards getting your problem solved quicker.
