Rhino commands

Is there some way of updating the Commands list in Rhino to come up with those commands you choose to come up first?
It gets tiresome to have obscure commands suggest themselves long before those you use every few minutes.
I am only new to Rhino, having had the demo version for 3 weeks or so.
Also, can someone suggest a Rhino-based forum they have found useful?

If you right click in the command line, Rhino will bring up a list of recently used commands. You can find a really good forum/newsgroup from the Rhino website www.rhino3d.com (http://www.rhino3d.com) under support.
