I am wanting to convert my existing 60" x 120" PRT alpha to 80" wide x 120" long. Is it as simple as making a wider carriage with rack or is there more to it? Will the extra weight of the carriage overload the motors? Any ideas on how to beef up to prevent the flex in the extra wide carriage would also be helpful without adding alot of weight. Has anyone done this with theirs?
