Within Part Wizard, how do I cut a series of nested parts on a board, each part being the same, but each part having a perimeter through cut and some counter sunk though holes.

I can order each specific cut but not without the bot having to go home while setting up for the next style of cut. Is there a way to first make my counter sunk through holes, then cut the part out and do the same to the next part in a series?

If it requires a bit change than no. If it does not require a bit change then yes you can. You just select the items in sequence that you want to cut them. I would suggest though for safety reasons you may wish to cut the counter sunk holes first then proceed to the cut outs, to ensure all stays where it should for as long as possible.
