Move Speed Ramp Formula

Some cam programs will enable you to imput move speeds, but no help with ramp speeds. Can anyone help me with a formula that will calculate & write the VR, , , line to the sb file after the MS, , , line when the ramp values are always .60xMS? My post will write the equation & results to the cut file.I'm not even sure this is possible.Thanks & Happy New Year to All.

Another option could be to write a seperate file containing the formula which could calculate VR = %xMS from the cut file header to set ramps.
MS,1.0,0.5
FP,FILE NAME & LOCATION (this will call up formula & set ramps).
I'm sure this is a lousy explanation.I need all the help I can get & will be happy to give any additional details to help clarify.I don't know how to do it,but I'm sure I've come to the right place to get help.Thanks
