I use the SK command to utilize the keyboard occasionally. The last two times I pressed the "Page Down" to lower the Z axis the machine moved so quickly that the 60 degree V-bit didn't stop until it was .225 into the wood. It was .500 above the wood to begin with. How can I fix this? I have the most recent update of the software sb239sx_m installed.

Phil,
How are you accessing the SK command? By pressing 'k' or 'sk' with your fingers or are you calling it from within a program or automated device such as a gamepad?

I'm typing "SK" from my keyboard. I've used this command a lot, it always behaved better.

I had strange anomolies like this happen to me too when I ran DOS sometimes. It seemed that 99% of the time a restart of the computer fixed it.

I never type in SK...only k.

k?

Thanks Brady,

After a reboot things appear to back to normal.
