Toolpath Simulation

Another simple question...

I accidentally found a toolpath simulation option, in the 2D window, a couple of weeks ago. Now I can't find it. Any ideas?

My guess is that's an option that only works after you first create a toolpath ?

Maybe you created/drew something but didn't tell it to create a toolpath on what you drew.

If that's the case, there could be no simulation of something that doesn't exist.

Toolpath simulation is a feature Part Wizard was not REALLY intended to have. In some earlier versions there was a backdoor to it that has since been corrected. If you have one of these versions, here is the way to simulate. Generate a toolpath. It is essential that you have the "2d view" box checked next to the toolpath that you have calculated. In the 2d view, select the toolpath and right click on it. In the right click drop down menu, you will see "Simulate Toolpath" as an option.
