I'm using Mach 3 with an Ascension controller on my modified PR Shopbot and I need someone to answer a few questions for me that uses a similar setup.

1) When I zero my axis to the limit switches, my Z axis hits the limit switches, but when I click the zero button to zero the machine coordinates the Z DRO does not 'zero', but displays a positive number. How do I get the machine coordinates to zero?

2) How do I use my Zero Plate in Mach 3?

3) I have a button on the setting tab that says Go to HOME. How do I set this location?

I have lots more, but these are the big ones right now. THanks for the help.

Wayne, I'm available too. If you need help setting up a better zero plate routine, let me know. The original script that you may have gotten with your box had some problems that needed addressing.
