Two rail sweep in Aspire

I am cutting some flat balusters on a rake, so the two rail sweep in aspire is perfect. The preview looks great. When I go to cut, the straight up after a curve is a 86 or so angle, not 90. Its not a huge deal but it looks a bit sloppy. What can I do to avoid this?

Are you using a tapered bit for your finish path?

Straight 1/2" ball nose from centurion. I have fixed it sort of, I simply stop the file before the last few passes go too deep.

Just had as thought about bits, perhaps aspire thinks that the bit is tapered.

A Ball nose tool is not the same as a Radiused end mill. Thanks for the help.
