I made this in vcarve. I drew one of the corners then did a circular array copy then a join vectors to make the square. I did a offset to get lip around the inside.
I copied it for the second one and then saved it as top and bottom to have the separate files.
I cut them out from the bottom using a tapered endmill. One side is perfect the opposite has a uneven band. I checked the drawing and all looks fine.

the lip is off on one side you can see it is wide on both of them. I have no clue how this can happen. fine on one side off on the other even though both sides were the same file.
