Error message in PW2

Just put PW2 in my workshop machine - a low power box with win2k that is not connected to the internet.
It works fine so far but on opening text in the assistant tab, I get:
"An ActiveX control on this page might be unsafe to interact with other parts of the page. Do you want to allow this interaction"
I click "yes" and it works just fine.
I have IE 5.5 on the machine.
Any suggestions?

Yes...Go into Internet Explorer and change your settings for ActiveX.

In the help section of many features such as trancform vectors there is an icon of a video camera. If you click on the video camera you will see a clip showing you how to use the feature. I believe ActiveX is used to display the video clip.
