Switching position of ctrl key?

I picked up a new keyboard with an integrated touch pad. So far I really like it. The only tweak I'd like to do is move the ctrl key closer to the arrow keys for one handed use.

I did some searches for keyboard maps and changing locations with no luck. Any suggestions?

Sheldon, there are a couple of keyboard remapping utilities or keyboard remappers available - Google seemed to like those words.
