. I've been satify with this machine for milling the letters and logo from acrylic, wood, pvc sheet, etc...for most 2 years without complaint, take time to learn and know it. It is awlsome a piece of machine, thank to ShopBot. Machine is completed paid for it.
. This is question about aluminum cutting.
I understand milling flude involving when you cut aluminum, but I like to know what speed of router and speed of traveling of Y,X and Z to be set in ShopBot. What Milling Bit you suggess?(I own PRT96, Standard Variety speed Porter Cable Router provide from ShopBot).
. For example: Letter capital "R" - 12" tall X .040 mil aluminum.
. If the aluminum thickness increase, all value will be changed. How much the value to be changed?
