Cutting Coroplast (corrugated plastic)?

Hi Tim!

I have had some acceptable results with an O-flute going about 1.7"/sec. at about 13 000 RPM... conventional cut.

...and cut it in a SINGLE PASS please!

Thanks, Paco. I'll give that a try. I'm guessing a 1/4" O-flute will work fine?

Hey Tim!

It sure won't break because of the material strenght!... I've used a 1/8" CED.

The "trick" is to go slow enought to cut/remove thoses "verticals"...

...sorry for this words/name; it's late... and I'm mainly french... not that this is a bad thing!!

The snag is that this Forum is continuously recycling the same questions, and that many people with experience and answers are no longer answering the questions or drifting away.
