Vertical accuracy?

I'm designing a part to be created on a Shop Bot. I was wondering what users were seeing for vertical accuracy and repeatability so I can design the part for easier manufacture. The material will be plexiglass with small holes and pockets.

Jeff,

When setting up my version of the ShopBot, I used a dial-indicator to verify the vertical calibration. Once the calibration was set, the dial-indicator would stop on the proper "0.001" through the range of the dial.

With a cutting load and bit dynamics, I am sure it is not a "repeatable" number, But, not all of the problems are the machine's fault.
