Cutting up and down and all over a sloped area

Not sure how to tell what I want to do except carve grooves with a .25 ball nose along a sloped piece of wood. The customer would like a design cut into the wood, basically a bunch of circlescut into a sloped piece of wood. Any ideas?

If I understand correctly you could make a sloped jig block under the board so that you can cut on the horizontal.
