I ordered from www.nphpowertools.com (http://www.nphpowertools.com) the following collets for my Milwaukee 5625 3.5 HP router.
There has been confusion in the past as to what some of these look like; many online vendor pictures are not correct. The 1/4" and 1/2" come with the collet nut. The 3/8" does not, but it does fit in the nut for the 5625 router despite being labeled to fit only some of their other routers. Rear of each collet is labeled with size.
