Has anyone built and used the "relay output switch" as outlined in the ShopBot Users Guide?

I want to use this to turn OFF my router and dust collector, at the end of a cut.

I have the parts, but am unsure as to how to wire it into a 110V outlet.

I have built the relay switch listed in the ShopBot users guide page 148 and it works well turning on and off my router.
