Looking to do a bunch of signs to give to our retail dealers. Was wanting a black rigid plastic around 3/8 to 1/2" thick with a thin layer of aluminum on top.

Im sure we can glue this up with some kind of laminate, but was wondering if there was a pre made product any of you know about. We have been doing the current signs from solid maple and staining, but for time reason looking for a cool material that comes off the bot pretty much ready to ship. Need to do about 800 of them

Thanks--PEZ

Either Poly-metal or Di-Bond should do the trick.

Nudo Poly-Metal, polyethylene core with white finished 0.015" aluminum skins, to 1/2" thick

Nudo Nu-Aluminum, with white finished aluminum skins, to 1" thick ???

Not sure about the available thicknesses
