No, two different paints. One Shot is a Sign Painters Paint, A lead based paint you roll and brush, some spray but it's real thick.

Matthews is a automotive finish paint that is two part paint. You need a HVLP gun for this, some have rolled it. Matthews parent company is PPG, a paint known for auto finishes.

I use this paint for my electric signs and dimensional letters and interior sign plaques.
