Allright, so this has been a project in the works for some time now. I was able to accomplish it with the help of V-Carve Wizard Pro, my Shopbot PRT, and my own imagination. The frame was made out of freaking pine, believe it or not! Fortunately, my customer was stoked, to say the least. Here are some pics.....
