If I have a circle or elipse how do I specify to align text to the top or the bottom. Partworks sometimes chooses the top and sometimes the bottom but I can't figure out how to control it. "Help" doesn't cover that. I am not talking about above curve or below curve - I am talking about top of the circle vs. bottom. For example I want "ABC" to appear centered at the top of a circle following the upper curve and "XYZ" centered at the bottom of the circle following the lower curve - upright and reading XYZ from left to right. I have to be missing something basic.

The fix I have found for this, is to make another circle. Cut the vectors at the same spot on both sides and use only a short line to align the text to.
This gives me more control, plus it allows me to control the length of text.

Do these steps in PartWorks...

Create New Model 12"x12"...

Create Elipse 10 W x 7 H

Center that Vector in the Model

Select vector -> Right Click -> Node Edit
RightClick on Rightmost node and select Cut
Do the same for the leftmost node.

You know have two vectors.

Create the Text

Select Text and top half of elipse and paste some text there.

Select the other text and the bottom half and paste it there.

That is what I do... See attached picture.
The attached ZIP file has a PW .crv file for your enjoyment.
