Hello all, well I got the PRS all assembled and doing some air movemnets today. I ran the shopbot logo program as in the manual and when the gantry moved down the x rails to get into position to start the air cut it was very noisy and giving off some light vibration. It is fine while running the file which is in a slow speed, it is only when moving or jogging at a higher speed. ( sorry didn't the exact speed) Everything seems to be as required but something is not right. Could this be a v-roller issue or maybe the pinions????
