oh, one detail. Has to have over 1.25" capabilites.

5mm endmill 1/4" shank? Yes many places www.centuriontools.com (http://www.centuriontools.com) is the one I use. Drill bit... not to my knowledge.

I have the endmill. it only has 1" depth capabilites. I have some drilling that needs to go all the way through to avoid flip ops.

Sorry... you didnt post those specs. Dont have a source for that one. I would use a 5mm boring bit. Takes a 10mm collet in the spindle. 5K rpm

I will end up using a new ER-32 collet that is sized for a 5mm shank from McMaster Carr. I can then just buy a 5mm drill bit.
