Single spiral O-flute, 1 IPS, 13,000 to 15,000 RPM. Vacuum hold-down a must.

BB...
To add to what Brady says.. I just tried the Amana Single O flute... nowhere near as good as the Osnrud I used on the job before. Get the good ones. Not sure if it was the bit, but we ended up cutting somewhere between 11,500 and 12,000 rpm.

I recently had to cut some lexan for big company. I ran a .25 2-flute up-cut spiral bit at 50 ipm and 19,000rpm.
I read a post from this forum and the author said the feed rate was more important than the rmp.
The pieces come out great, nice clean edges and crisp corners.
Hope this helps.

Found it!
About half way down there's a post by Dale Laking that was very helpful. It's old (2000) but it was a great help to me.
