I dont do alot of v carving so help me out here. I have sets letters in Time Roman which are 2.0" , 1.062" , and 2.5" in height. What degree and diameter bit would work for all 3?

Do you have VCarve Pro or Aspire? You can give me a call if you like 252-537-6401 or 252-578-8558.

Brian,
I don't know what font you intend to use. I ran a test of your three sizes in Arial font with a 60 degree 1" V Bit. I usually use the 60 degree V Bit for the sizes you listed. When I get down to 3/4" or smaller lettering I will use a 30 degree V Bit.
I hope this helps.
