Ryan at ShopBot is working on this but I thought I would ask if anyone has had this happen to them. I was cutting several Vector Art dish type 3D files and a hump was carved thru the designs that was a little less than 1/4 the width of the design and about 1/16" thick in the middle tapering to 0 at the edge of the hump. I have tried to cut in 3 different directions, different speeds and stepovers with the same result.I have even toolpathed it in Aspire and Partworks 3D with no change. I have also installed 2 different versions of SB3 nothing has helped. The really weird thing is the image in the software does not show it. My machine is tight, when power is on I can't move anything. I sent Ryan my file and he is going to cut it there maybe Monday to see if it is in the file or my bot. Any suggestions from the masses. I have cut these designs many times in the past the same way with no problem!
Thanks Bill

Thanks
