I know “Inc.” is not likely on the Top 10 periodical reading list for most on this forum but I picked up a copy of the Oct. issue at Staples to read the cover story titled "Move Over China". It covers Ponoko and mentions ShopBot's Ted Hall (100K Garage).

When I was forced to reinvent my last company after the market collapse in '89 the "Factory of the Future" was widely accepted to consist of work cells driven by CNC Saws, edgebanders and Point-to Point machines requiring lots of capital plus brick and mortar infrastructure. Amazing to see what the 21st Century Factory may look like.

Ya I just saw an article in Sign Builder www.signshop.com on page 48. Mentioning penoko and shopbot Cool stuff . You don't see many other CNC makers marketing there machines that way, and possebly generating business for the shopbot owners .
