X axis play

I have notice today there is a bit of play on the right side of my x axis between the gear and the rack. [ might have been always there just never notice it ]
if i rock the axis on the left everything seem firm on the right there is some play. i have not seen any problems showing up on work.
just wonder what anyone think

I get this too thought one side has some and one did not. its hard to tell for sure really. I thought the slop was worn pinions but I found it is just the way of the machine. if you don't notice a cut difference then don't worry.

there is some flex in the machine and I finally really realized that. I guess since I did not spend 50k I can expect it.
