Using MM vic Inches

Hi Everyone!

If I created a file in partwizard in MM do I need to change anything at the Shopbot before I begin cutting?

Yes...IF you are planning to run in inch mode:

1) Goto the model menu in PW (File..View..Model etc) and toggle inch mode. Everything will be converted to inches, except...

2) Re-calculate your toolpaths using inch tools

3) Save part using one of the INCH post processors to create an inch version SBP.

Go cut it on the bot in INCH mode.

Or change the setting on the ShopBot to mm (if you prefer to work in mm).
