Cutting Acrylic Sheet

What tooling whould I need to cut .250" Acrylic Sheets.

Onsrud 62-700 series - single flute SC downcut O flute for hard plastic such as cast acrylic or soft plastic such as extruded acrylic.
1/4" O flute for HP 62-725
1/4" O flute for SP 62-775

I used an "O" flute, 1/4" bit from Centurion Tools a couple of weeks ago to cut some knobs out of 1" acrylic block. I ran the tool at 10,000 RPM with a feed rate of 1.2in/sec.

This is what they looked like after cutting:

Each knob is about 1" in diameter.

I periodically blew the chips away with an air nozzle, but didn't cool the bit other than that.
