Need help converting a .max file

I have some 3ds max files i need converted to a stl. The conversion program i use polytrans needs a addon to do .max files and i can't find it anywhere. There are links to it within the program but that only leads me to info files and not the converter itself.

If anyone has a better easier solution or could convert these for me i'd appreciate it. thanks
