Unit values issue

I finally have the new bot assembled and have been able to "air cut" a couple of circles and such however when I tried to air cut the shop bot logo the gantry about run off the rails. After a little more goofing around it seems that there is an issue with the x and y units in that when I moved the bot 96" the software was saying something like 153"??? So although the machine is only moving an inch the software thinks it's moving 1"+. The current X,Y,Z and A Values appear odd at 1273.6275 or something like that change them to a large number appear to help the issue but...

Got it! It appears I needed to calibrate the stepper motors due to a different size pinion and gear size. Finally found the numbers from Ted Hall after various searches
