Part File Sharing

Has anybody considered a new user-run forum, possibly subscription based for file sharing?
I'm thinking about projects that could be put together for retail sale or for the SB owner.
Adirondack chairs, mirror frames, Xmas decorations, knock-down furniture, craft fair kits etc.
I'm somewhat surprized that there are few parts files offered on this site.
