Windows7 and control software issue

try starting the software, hit the letter S, this opens the "settings menu,
then hit S again, this should "reset widow size and location to defaults"
no promises, but It worked on my system, you need to be sure not to hit anything else before the S. or the system doesn't seem to understand that you want to open the menu

I'm running 3.6.5 on windows 7 on my design computer with no problems. I will try and see what happens with the latest version.
I just downloaded 3.6.11 and it opens and runs a preview file fine.

i deleted my post because i think i had resolved my issue. I thought it may have had something to do with the install of the control software, turns out it wasn't but don't ask me how i fixed it but i got it back ok. I will keep your tip handy incase it happens again...thanks
