Just finished a large (25" x 39") shop clock for a friend's shop. Machined from a glued up maple blank, but nothing real fancy as far as Aspire features used.
The sign tutorial that Joe Crumley has been conducting on Gary Beckwith's site really helped me with the design and layout. I didn't design the logo, that was already done, and the size was determined by the length of the clock hands.
