I had been working on my SB cutting files with no problems.
I drew a file to cut letters out of .75 plywood. I loaded the file into VCarve Pro and selected a 3/8"r roundover bit to machine at .35 and then cut the letters out with a .25 end mill.
When I tried to cut the letters out on the bot it would move about 2 inches and then I kept getting the same error message;
Parameter Value Below Range for VS- Setting to lower limit (-.05).
Also, the coordinates for my 0,0 would get all out of whack like the program was still running?
Anyone have any ideas?

There must be a line in the file which tries to set the move speed or jog speed to 0 or some number below the minimum value. Are you sure the feed speed is set correctly for the cutter you are using?

You can check the file with a text editor and look for a command starting with MS, JS, or VS,

that means you have the wrong speed for the 1/4" bit. too slow or too fast.
